Thursday night, Hannah&I went to go see TobyMac @ Christ Chruch in Jacksonville. The concert was pure awesomeness. TobyMac really knows how to pump up the crowd with his catchy lyrics! There were over 1,500 people there so unfortunatly I didn’t get any autographs but was pretty close to the stage to see him. It was so much fun because he’s one of my top favorite christian artists and his music is really encouraging. Tonight, well, last night I should say, Phil Wickham came to our church and put on an amazing concert. It was pretty packed! It was really awesome though because Phil Wickham is another one of my favorite christian artists and wow…I never realized how great he was at singing high notes!! And for long periods of time, too! Every song sounded beautiful and I really got in to it and felt closer to God through that concert. I also got a picture&signed autograph from him. These two concerts were both amazing and I’m so happy to have gone to them. :)

1My Weekend…
We went to St. Augustine High School on Friday for choral districts and all our groups (from fletcher) got superiors! We’re going to state (which is at UNF btw!) on May 2nd. Today we had donuts in chorus because (1. We did good at districts, of course lol and (2. Because 10th graders were taking fcat writing. Friday night I went to Lillie’s coffee, The Loop, 1st Street Gallery, and Walgreens w/ Shannon and Saturday Virginia had her b-day party. We saw the movie Gone and had some delicious cake…and prank called a Hollister model..which was interesting lol. Okay well I gotta study history…uhhh…pace out.
2:40am, God Woke Me Up.
And I think I know the reason why he woke me up; He actually woke me up through a dream… but it was full of lust. (Meaning the dream I had) I turned my light on and got my Bible out and immediately began reading and as I was I felt so so much better…I was almost laughing because, it felt amazing! I feel so much more happier right now because in my readings I realized that, in reminding myself that God has everything under control…in other words, stop worrying about everything that’s going on in your life and start remembering to let God take control because if you do, you’ll burdens and worries will all be gone. Especially also when asking for forgiveness, which I also just did, I felt complete relief. I recommend reading Galations 5, it talks about having faith in God and about how to control your flesh (Don’t let your own mind (flesh) control you, let God take over and have faith.) So basically, just now, I threw away some “gunk” in my life…that gunk is gone and disposed in the dumpster, it feels great! :)
Amazing Love
Tonight we had our regular Wednesday night church, I haven’t been to church in over a week and tonight I felt so happy when I got to go. It was amazing and felt like I hadn’t been there in forever!! The worship service was great as well as the Szarmack’s story on there trip to Africa and how they adopted a young boy, it was a truly great story and eye opener for me.
Seriously, though, going to church, hearing the word, and just being around encouraging people is the best medicine for anyone. Let yourself God take control and have FAITH in HIM. Trust God, be patient; good things will come to you, I promise.

I didn’t get my usual coffee during lunch time today, during last period mr. wilson asked where my coffee was…he knows me too well…but no worries I got kaylee to take me to starbucks (I have my license but mom won’t let me drive yet..GAH) and now I’m drinking a skinny iced mocha and luckily have no homework...yesterday it was 80 degrees and now it’s back down to 55. I’m FREEZING. this iced coffee is part of my problem but I’ve been freezing my butt off this whole day because I wasn’t aware of the super chill that we’re getting now :O. Hopefully it’l be sunny tomorrow and not so gloomy and chilly!
